Performance characteristics：

  • Conveyor (JSS): Docking unit between collating machine and binding machine
  • Book Block feeding Unit: Book block infeed channel
  • Perfect Binder: One milling device one notching device, one spine glue pot with
    two gluing wheels and double nipping system
  • Stream cover feeding system: Continuous cover feeding，increasing much speed
    compared with cover feeding one sheet at one time
  • Reversing conveyor: The finished books are laid down from erect position
  • Collecting table/ docking conveyor: When the user doesnt need the three knife
    trimmer, the book exit could be enabled for manual collecting
